TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To make your purchase, you must accept the terms and conditions below. We therefore recommend that you read them carefully.

These terms and condition apply to the purchase of Lalandia Exclusive cards and tickets for the Lalandia Aquadome in: Lalandia in Søndervig, Lalandia in Billund and Lalandia in Rødby.

ORDER

The prices in the webshop are all stated including VAT. All orders are confirmed with an order confirmation by e-mail. Your order confirmation is automatically sent to the e-mail address you provided.

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have the consent of a parent/guardian.

TICKETS

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase, and your ticket will be sent separately. Bring your ticket on your smartphone or as a printed copy. One ticket must be presented per person per visit. The entire ticket must be visible and the barcode must be in a condition that allows it to be scanned.
Your ticket is valid on the date and at the time selected when making your purchase.
Tickets are non-refundable. However, an unused ticket can be changed to another visit date, provided that the new visit date is within 14 days before or after the original ticket date.
The change is made in person at the entrance to the Aquadome on the new visit date. You must bring the original, unused ticket. There is no need to contact Lalandia or change the ticket in advance

EXCLUSIVE CARDS

After ordering, you will receive an e-mail containing confirmation of your purchase. You will then receive instructions for installing the Exclusive card on your mobile phone.

After redeeming the voucher, the Exclusive card is valid for 12 months. Be aware we are closed on certain days. Always check the opening hours before your visit. See also the terms and conditions for Exclusive cards in the webshop.

Exclusive cards can be renewed by logging into the webshop. Renewals are valid from that day’s date for 12 months ahead. If the card is still active, 12 months will be added to the existing expiration date.

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

Pursuant to Section 18, paragraph 2, no. 12 of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, tickets and season tickets purchased online are not covered by the right of cancellation.
