Return and Refund Policy
Tickets
Purchased tickets for the Aquadome cannot be returned or refunded.
However, an unused ticket can be changed to another visit date, provided that the new visit date is within 14 days before or after the original ticket date.
The change is made in person at the entrance to the Aquadome on the new visit date. You must bring the original, unused ticket. There is no need to contact Lalandia or change the ticket in advance.
If you have accidentally purchased tickets for the wrong Lalandia Aquadome, please contact us.
Exclusivkort
Purchases of Exclusivkort cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded. Exclusivkort are personal and cannot be transferred to another person.
Refunds
In cases where a refund has been approved, please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to be refunded.
